As per user request, we added some completely blank forms. These are the fillable forms with all fields and validation logic removed for use with pen and pencil.

23FEB2023
The sample form 1 (O'Bannon), had a size "A Large" instead of "C Small".  This was fixed.

The sample form 1 (O'Bannon) - the "Do Calculations" box for speed/advance box is now checked by default.

Form 1 surface v1.3/sub v1.2 - Added "In Service " Date used in critical hit calculations. "Config Date" is now a comment that allows non-numeric info. Added critical hit level calculations from page 8-5->8-6 based on size and "In Service" date. These now appear in the damage pt/speed area.
Added lower end of gunnery ranges automatically calculated. Rather than showing one number, it shows the low end of the range followed by a dash.
Replaced completely blank forms to conform.
